Easyish Crepes

4 eggs
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups flour
2 1/4 cups milk
1/4 cup melted butter

Whisk eggs and salt.
Whisk while Alternately add flour and milk, starting with flour
Finally, add melted butter.

Heat up your pan on medium heat. I use a 2 gauge square low edge skillet.
Try 1/4 cup to 2/3 cup batter in your pan. I use a 3/4 full ladel and use the ladel to spread.
