Cupping Notes: dry aroma- 4.1 blueberries mmmmm. wet aroma- 4.0 blueberries chocolate mmmmm. flavor-9.0 blueberries, dark chocolate, just right...... acid- 7.5 even body- 8.5 a really heavy cup aftertaste- 9.0 I wanted more! total+50= 92.1 Another must have Harrar. |

As Cupped by Joe: roast level city+ Dry- 3.9 huge aroma spice/basil, fruit wet- 3.8 Flavor- 9 Apricot immediately followed by a very complex taste with Caramel, tropical fruit,citrus, Vanilla and even some slight coconut body- 7.7 Acid- 7.8 aftertaste 8.5 apricot and caramel,citrus linger very pleasant! total +50= 90.7 |
